The typical winery will be based mainly on marketing and commercialization activities aimed at globalization in an anti-Covid way, with a commercial office or structure and a wine production site.

The commercial area will have a tasting room and a video tasting itinerary supported by a station dedicated to the weekly live video tasting of a wine with a sommelier, visible on site and on the internet by users, individuals, importers, distributors, retailers, etc. The entire winery (commercial and production site with vineyards) will be videotaped in real time (24 hours a day and 7 days a week) for users, who will thus be able to follow and see the various processes of the day, in practice constant activities of fairs, exhibitions, and virtual tastings.

The other commercial activity will consist in bringing to know and taste the wines of the Cellar through a mobile equipped path to medium and large Italian and foreign companies: the company's employees will be able to taste the wines and products of other local producers such as cheeses, cured meats, oil, vinegar, etc .; in addition, each employee will be given a coupon with 12 discount coupons for the purchase of wines and products.



The commercial fixed part with agents for the national and foreign market will operate on several fronts, with importers, distributors, retailers and wealthy people, with the support of ad hoc trained mentors.

A door-to-door market for private individuals can also be envisaged, supported by a call center and owned vans.

In the commercial cellar, customers can taste the wines, buy packages and boxes of wine, buy bulk wine in demijohns, barrels and containers of 5, 10, 20 liters, etc.

Twice a year, foreign importers and distributors with their families will be invited to visit the production estate and taste the wines and news in the sales office, including a visit to the Unesco Hills, Venice and possibly Cortina.

Wine tourism must be at home with e-bikes, scooters, motorcycles and passenger vans for tours in Tuscany, in the Langhe, in Franciacorta, among the Unesco hills Conegliano Valdobbiadene, Colli Asolani, Collio, Venice and the Dolomites, etc. with guide.



Alcohol-free wine production is also envisaged for markets in the Middle East, the United States and Northern Europe.
