- FOR EACH TYPE OF GRAPE THE FERMENTATION IS CARRIED OUT USING A FERMENTATOR WHICH PERFORMS A SPECIFIC PROCESSING SYSTEM FOR EACH TYPE OF MARC WHICH IS THE MOST SUITABLE FOR THOSE GRAPES TO EXTRAC THE MAXIMUM FOR EACH TYPE OF GRAPE
